Mrs. Lepinske received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in May 2023. This is her first year teaching at St. John's. Lillian was raised in Highland, Wisconsin. She grew up and attended school there as well. Her love for teaching actually started in the small town of Highland when she was asked to tutor some students in the mornings before school.

Lilly loves the small classes at St. John's and loves that the learning is able to be more individualized with small classes. She loves the community surrounding St. John's and all the love and support from the parents, students, administration, and town of Spring Green. She loves being able to teach the children about faith and God's love while teaching at St. John's.
